By accessing or using Slloy AI (the “Service”) at slloy.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Slloy AI is an independently operated third-party platform offering AI image generation and editing powered by ByteDance's Seedream model, delivered through multiple officially licensed API channels including Volcano Engine. Features, underlying models, and pricing may change at any time with or without notice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required by your jurisdiction, to create an account.

4. Credits & Payments

Credits are prepaid and consumed on a per-generation basis. When a generation fails on the model side, the corresponding credits are automatically refunded. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Prices and credit allowances may change with prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to create content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, pornographic, hateful, or that violates any applicable law or the rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the images you generate, and for ensuring their use complies with the law.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the prompts you submit. Rights in generated images are subject to the terms of the underlying model provider. The Slloy AI name, website design, and source code remain the property of the operator.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
